Allison Muntin is a sophomore Finance and International Business student studying at The University of Akron and will be studying abroad in France in the Fall. She is currently an intern at Sequoia Financial Group and will be moving to the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company this summer. Allyson Smith is a senior at The University of Akron who is studying media production with a minor in anthropology. She is currently the producer of a show called “300 Seconds of Science”, as well as the News Director of WZIP 88.1 FM. Allyson’s dream career is to travel and make documentaries about different cultures.

Angelo Angel is a senior magazine journalism major who enjoys a thoughtful story. Hailing from Mexico and graduated from Chardon High School, He continues his education at Kent State University where he’s learned a variety of methods to capture stories whether it be through print, video or photography. BRITTANY RUMPLE

Brittany Rumple is a senior news media major with a minor in fashion. She has been involved in Akron’s ZTV program participating on the promotions team and the Lights, Camera, Akron show. After graduation, she hopes to travel the world capturing stories about the people, the environment, and her experiences. Christopher Seifert is a recent graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Media Productions. He previously developed content for University of Akron TV station ZTV. There he made content for sketch comedy, science, and news. He currently lives in Akron and likes to stay active in the community. His hobbies include films, writing poetry, cooking, and eating pizza. He hopes to one day work in film production and be able to write and produce his own films.

KATIE NORMAN

Katie Norman is a Master’s candidate in the International Studies program at Ohio University. She works part-time as a Graduate Assistant at Rural Action, a community development organization based in Southeast Ohio. In the past, Katie has interned at Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, helping to resettle refugees in the greater Dayton area. RAMON WISE

Ramon Wise is a junior at the University of Akron, he was born in Akron, Ohio and raised in Denver, Colorado. He’s pursuing a BA in media studies and a minor in international politics. He’s currently working as a part-time independent director and as a reporter for WZIP and ZTV. After graduation, he plans on continuing to enhance his skills as a videographer, writer, and editor for a production company someday.

TAYLOR PATTERSON

JOURNALIST

Taylor Patterson is a storyteller based in Akron, Ohio. She studies journalism and creative writing student at Kent State University. Taylor teaches poetry at the juvenile detention center in Akron through the Wick Poetry Center. She is also a contributor to the Devil Strip and Kent Stater.
